Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook, born October 4, 1979 was an American actress. She was a part of the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That 1999, and Josie and the Pussycats 2001. She is also a star in the television shows Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice and also in Robot Chicken's voice and She's All That (1999) and She's All That (1999). The series was launched with the English version of Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Leigh Cook is a Minnesota native, daughter of Thomas Howard Cook (a former stand-up comedian and social worker) and JoAnn (a weaver and cooking instructor). Cook is an Italian-born. Cook appeared first in a public service ad for foster care when she was seven years old. She started her career as a child model around the age of 10, appearing in national commercials for Target as well as on Milk-Bone dog biscuits. She attended Clara Barton Open School. Laurel Springs School. And Minneapolis South High School.
