Adam Saleh

 Adam Saleh was the son of Yemeni parents and was born in Brooklyn, New York City. He went to Manhattan Center For Science and Mathematics High School for three years. He later moved to Al-Madinah School after being expelled for kicking his dean's computer as a response to him being racist toward his mother. His goal in life was to be a lawyer. Saleh's uncle was killed in an accident in his car couple of days prior to his cousin's wedding. Saleh says that his uncle was a very happy person who was a significant member of his family. If he had died in such tragic circumstances the family was in deep grief. Saleh said that the passing of his father left him with a painful scar. He has also mentioned in the past that this was one reason he didn't have the driver's licence. As a part his YouTube channel "TrueStory ASA", he began making videos on YouTube in 2012 along with the high school students Abdullah Ghuman, Sheikh Akbar and other YouTubers. His ultimate goal was to become an attorney. He was a household name when he appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show show due to his dance moves. He was required to pass a examination before he was permitted to be on Ellen. Then the show, he said that Ellen was the pivotal moment in his journey as a Youtuber. Saleh first released the single "Diamond Girl" on May 3, 2015, with Sheikh Akbar and Mumzy Stranger, as member of TrueStory ASA. The debut single of Saleh "Tears" featuring Zack Knight was released on August 16, 2015, as an ode to his uncle and cousin. Saleh was the first to take over TrueStory's main channel as well as vlog channels. They were renamed "Adam Saleh Vlogs", and "Adam Saleh." There was controversy over the reason the two groups split. There are rumors that the issue was between Saleh or Akbar. A lot of Saleh fans blame their manager.
